Hello Everyone! We are back from our trip....and trying to get over our jet lag slowly but surely...:)
We traveled all over Asia for a few reasons, one to check out all the wonderful fashions that cities like Tokyo and Seoul have to offer, then we headed to Hong Kong and China to start our brainstorming for the Spring 2013 collection.
Its hard to believe that we are barely starting Spring 2012 now....the fashion cycle is fast and furious!
Along the way, we take a million pictures. Some for pleasure, some for inspiration...but mostly for memories.
One of the funnier pictures this trip took place in a super market.
There we strolled the aisles in total wonder of all the different versions of the "typical" American foods you can find, right in your neighborhood.
Case in point (and pictured above) the basic CHIP.
We are huge fans of the "chip"....and we do love the different flavors you can find here at home...i.e. BBQ / Sour Cream and Chives...(well you get our point)...but nothing prepared us for the flavors we found in Asia.
Fish Soup.....Beef Skewer...Seaweed??...These flavors totally blew our minds.
We tried a few to be adventurous and we must say....the seaweed tasted some what well.....seaweed like.

And........We're Off Again.....!!

Tomorrow a few of us girls leave for a voyage across the seas. We've had quite a long stay at home this time and we were extremely grateful. There is really no place like home....
But now we are off again! We travel all over the world for shopping inspiration and we will also start on our Spring 2012 collection! Time does fly doesn't it?
We most likely won't be posting on our blog until we return on the 22nd!

Which B.a.i.t. Styles Would She Have Worn?

We are a small group of girls that sure do a lot of chatting during our days...OF COURSE we're girls! haha...one of the things we LOVE to play on our small breaks is "What B.a.i.t. Style Would She Have Worn"..."She" being a old school character from a T.V. or Movie.
We love vintage t.v. shows and of course one of the greatest shows there ever was - is Gilligan's Island!
How they conjured up all those stories on that island is beyond us....and where did all of Ginger's outfits come from? Wait...but can we just discuss Mrs. Howell? Those hats really made it through the storm?
Oh...we're just silly girls that like to play silly games!
But....if Mary Ann were to have worn one of our styles, she would have surely strolled in our Tiki's.
We loved her style of stripe tops and capri pants. She always had her pigtails in red ribbons. She was darling!!
